There really was nothing that stood out from this drink, other than the slight bitter harshness that came from the stevia. The lemon was kinda weak, and the drink felt very light and airy. It by no menas was bad, but it was not good enough to really stand out either.

Other foods besides beans can cause gas because of the same problem of undigested raffinose. Broccoli, cabbage, asparagus and whole grains are a few. Nevertheless one can still enjoy their veggies and beans; the dietary supplement Beano contains the enzyme for digesting raffinose.

Double the coffee filter in your machine, and pack down the ground beans using 1 tbsp. of ground coffee for every espresso cup (about 1/4 cup of coffee) being made.
